Erestor is currently free during beta. No payment is required to use the service.

Future premium offerings may be introduced later, but users will receive notice before any paid access, pricing, or subscription changes.

Erestor does not provide individualized investment advice or determine whether any security, strategy, allocation, or transaction is suitable for any user.

All content in Erestor — including outlook, research posture indicators, climate summaries, news headlines, Community statistics, and Ask Erestor responses — is for informational and educational purposes only.

Erestor does not provide investment, legal, or tax advice. We are not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, or fiduciary. Research posture indicators describe informational reads — not instructions to buy or sell.

You are solely responsible for your investment decisions. Always do your own research and consult a qualified professional before acting on any information in the service.

You enter positions manually. You are responsible for the accuracy of tickers, share amounts, cost basis, and account labels you provide.

Erestor may use your data to deliver the service to you. Optional data-sharing (Community and product improvement) is described in our Privacy Policy and requires your opt-in.

Community statistics are anonymous aggregates from users who opt in. They reflect manual entries, not verified brokerage data.

Community stats are not recommendations to buy or sell any security.

You may delete your account and export your data from Settings. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or abuse the service.

Beta features may change, be limited, or be discontinued without prior notice.

Erestor is provided "as is" without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Erestor and its operators are not liable for investment losses or decisions you make based on app content.

You agree to use the service at your own risk.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
